Whether you’re new to end-of-life support or simply exploring what feels right for you or a loved one, we’ve gathered answers to common questions to bring clarity, comfort, and ease to your decision-making process.
At Amaya, we are changing how we die. As a collective of End-of-Life doulas, we are united by a shared mission to transform the end-of-life experience. Our approach is centered on living with purpose, offering heart-centered care, guidance, and education. By weaving together our collective knowledge and experiences, we strive to create a more meaningful, compassionate, and peaceful journey through both life and end-of-life —shifting fear and uncertainty into a space of connection, clarity, and closure.
Amaya is seeking a skilled and compassionate End-of-Life Doula to join our team. after-loss support.
– Coordinate with medical professionals, hospice care providers, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
– Support clients and families in navigating decisions regarding after-death care and ceremony.
– Offer grief and bereavement support to families after the passing of their loved one.

– Ability to work independently and offer flexible, responsive care based on client needs.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
– Ability to navigate emotional and sensitive topics with grace and empathy.
– Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
